Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once submitted, since patterns are delivered instantly via download.
Returns: Not applicable — digital files cannot be returned.
Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges once a pattern has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue (corrupted file, wrong pattern sent, etc.), contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Cancellation: Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the item hasn't shipped yet. After that, standard return rules apply.
Returns: You may return an unworn, unwashed item in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first to receive return instructions — please don't ship items back without reaching out.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.
Exchanges: We're happy to exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability — reach out within 14 days of delivery.

Cancellation by you: Cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your class for a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations within 48 hours of class, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
Cancellation by us: If we need to cancel a class (low enrollment, emergency, etc.), you'll be notified as early as possible and offered a full refund or a spot in the next available session.
Monthly memberships: You may pause or cancel your monthly class membership anytime before your next billing date — just message us at least 48 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
Refunds: Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
